Sidewinder Nitro Explosion in Las Vegas

It's that time again! Click here for the official flyer for the 13th Annual Sidewinder Nitro Explosion in Vegas, baby! This year’s event will once again be a two day event, with three qualifying rounds on Saturday and long mains on Sunday. This year’s event will be brought to you by Pro-Line, Upgrade R/C, Absolute Hobbyz and the JBRL! The track will be run wet. You can sign up by mailing in a check with the cut-off entry form from the flyer, call Hot Rod Hobbies and pay over the phone via credit card, or use PayPal. There will be one day of practice prior to the start of the event, and Friday practice is included with your paid entry fee. Schedule:
Friday (7/29) = Practice 10am – 7pm (free practice with paid entry)
Saturday (7/30) = Practice 6am – 8am, Racing @ 8:30am, 3 Rounds
Sunday (7/31) = Practice 6am – 8am, Racing @ 8:30am, Mains

• Qual points will be used, best 2 out of 3 quals count
• Entry fee: $50 first class, $40 each additional class
• Free t-shirt to all paid participants (1 shirt per driver)
• Free quart of Sidewinder Fuel to all paid participants (1 quart per driver)
• 13 car mains, 3 bump ups
• No entry limit, entries open until race day!
• JBRL rules apply
• No chassis sponsored drivers of any percentage allowed in sportsman classes
