Updates For The New Year

We've got a few items of note to report for the new year, here at Hot Rod Hobbies.

Firstly, we want to let our club racers know that yes, we will be open and racing on Tuesday, January 1st (New Year’s Day). Racing will start at 6:00pm and the hobby shop and track will both open at 10:00am.

Also, please be aware that starting January 8th, our Tuesday night club race program will be moving to a 7:00pm start time, instead of 6:00pm. This time change should help more of our racers get to the track on time for racing, after work! Starting Friday January 4th, our Friday night program will officially move over to the new, secondary track and this night will be for electric 10th scale vehicles only. Racing begins at 7:00pm, every Friday night.

Because Friday nights are now electric-only, we have had to move our "Racer Appreciation Night" to the first Saturday of every month, in order to accommodate our nitro racers. We don’t want to exclude anyone from this fun tradition, so our first RAN of the new year will be on Saturday, January 5th...with all of the raffle prizes and other fun stuff you've come to expect!

Last, but not least, are the two dates at Hot Rod Hobbies for the new "Hometown Heroes" series. The first date at Hot Rod's (round #2) will be on Track #1 and the second (round 6) will be on Track #2! Download the flyer for all the details!
